the lunch date.

This film was a bit difficult to comprehend. Tiffany and I were completely and totally wrong about what we thought had happened. In our prediction, the man had stolen the woman's salad. This was wrong of us to assume such things, because in reality, it was different. Most people automatically assume that the man had taken the woman's salad. Because he looked homeless, most people would guess that a homeless man might try to steal a salad. It turns out, that all of our assumptions had been wrong. It was the woman. She had come back to see a man sitting where she thought was her table, when in fact, it was the man's table. So she ended up eating a stranger's salad, and blaming him for stealing her food. This was an interesting plot choice for the director, or writer. Not many people would choose these characters together. There are so many topics that we discussed that come out of one short film. Such as, racism, value, equality, worth in the world, and so on. Its amazing how such a simple concept such as a lunch date, can turn into so many different stories, and topics.
